Company is managed by the Company's Management Bodies:

Shareholders' Assembly;
Supervisory Board;
Company's Management and
Auditing Department.

Shareholders' Assembly is the highest management body of the Company. The Company's Article of Incorporation determines shareholders' Assembly's tasks. Among other things, Shareholders' Assembly decides on:
- Increase and decrease of the initial capital;
- Share emission;
- Annual financial report with auditor's report, Supervisory Board and Auditing Department;
- Profit distribution and payment of dividends;
- Ways of loss coverage;
- Merger and joining with other companies;
- Company's closure;
- Election and changing of Supervisory Board members individually, etc.

Supervisory Board consists of:

Almir Krdžalić, member

Company's Management, as a body that organises work and manages business, represents the Company consists of 7 members as follows:

Senad Arslanagić, General Manager
Adnan Aliefendić, Deputy General Manager

Nedim Bačić, Executive Director of Property and Transport Insurance
Mensur Mujarić, Executive Director for Legal and General Affairs
Miralem Mahmutović, Manager of Property Insurance
Amela Damadžić, Pazmen and Internal Auditing Department
