Lido Insurance Tuzla was established in 1994 with the following ownership structure: 91% of the domestic legal persons and domestic physical persons in the amount of 9%. During the past period we succeeded in consolidating our work throughout the Federation of BiH and Brcko District. By application of business planning we achieved stable financial growth of the Company, increase of the market share, staff is fully capable of providing all types of insurance services, connect branch offices and the Headquarter in an information system; and all aimed at reaching European standard of insurance. Few experienced experts pass their knowledge and experience to younger highly educated staff members that receive continuing training and professional development, contracted with European insurance companies.

Territorially, Lido Insurance is set in organisational units: subsidiaries and branch offices. Subsidiaries are based in BH cities: Tuzla, Mostar, Bihać, Sarajevo, Travnik, Zenica, Livno and Brčko District. There are branch offices and sale points in all municipalities of the Federation BH and Brčko District.

There are 130 full time employees in Lido-osiguranje, together with representatives and agencies for vehicle registration.

Qualification structure of the employees is: 30% with University degree, 7% with higher education and 63% with high school diploma.

Within every subsidiary, the Company has technical station for vehicle inspection, thus providing our insurants with priority completion of testing the technical compliance of the vehicle.

Claims are settled within seven days from completion of the full documentation and statistics state that the degree of settling claims is over 80% and is one of the best on the territory of Federation BH.
Assessment of damage made to our clients i.e. buyers of our policies are carried out for free.

The Company, with identification number: 4209330460009 was entered in Tuzla Canton Court Register under the reference U/I-1593/02 dated 23 December 2002.

In accordance with the registration, the Company performs the following: Insurance of persons; Fully comprehensive insurance; Cargo insurance; Property insurance; Obligatory motor vehicle insurance and Financial insurance.

In order to provide better protection of interests of insurants and stable business operation, the Company has a re-insurance contract with a domestic partner Bosna Re and a partner from Germany Francona Re. Francona Re is one of the first three re-insuring company in the world with AAA index and this is how we want to emphasis that our risks sell well at the foreign insurance market.

Business policy of out company is based on marketing approach which means that the insurance service is offered and realised according to our clients' requests, taking into consideration their interests. Apart from that we offer our advice and suggestions on how to get the best insurance and protect their property to our clients.

The role and importance of the insurance system in our community is gradually taking a more important place. More and more citizens take insurance as a way to protect their property, a way of saving, security in their business as well as private life.
